12th & Pike Marketplace Lofts

This building will occupy the highly visible corner of 12th Avenue and East Pike Street, putting it in the heart of the Pike-Pine district. It is being designed by AIA-award-winning Weinstein A|U and will make a dramatic contemporary design statement. Three floors of double-height rental lofts will be on top of a dynamic retail base.
