Buildings:

The Trace Lofts

This turn of the century post and beam warehouse is the flagship building of the six-point intersection of 12th Avenue, Madison Street and Union Street. This "neighborhood beacon" unites the Pike-Pine corridor with the active 12th Avenue district south of Madison. Seattle University and Swedish Hospital are only blocks away. This classic building will undergo a complete renovation in 2005, including the addition of a two-story penthouse and facade restoration. The upper four floors will be converted into 42 high-end loft condominiums. The main floor, with almost 10,000 sf. and dramatic 21 ft. ceilings, will become a premiere retail space for one or two select tenants. Optional mezzanine space is also available.
